Annual membership is required to ride a CVOTC event, unless you are under the age of 12 or reside outside of the states of North Carolina or Virginia (We like kids and visitors). The membership fee will be refunded if you sign up and participate as a primary workday volunteer. This can be done on the website - Workday page.
